What Happened to Southwest Airlines?
Gabe Cohen: I feel like what happened to Southwest is an emblem of them being in an environment where they were trying to cut corners and cut costs wherever they could. And when you're trying to save money quarter after quarter and try and turn in those results, something's going to end up blowing up. Thank goodness for the workers.
