The Competitive Nature of the Banks
Banks have got to be careful, right, given how low sales volumes are in the market. They ratchet them up too much and they're sort of going to put themselves out of business. But I think increasingly there is a little bit more natural competition in the market for people because people and banks are not wanting to lose all of that sort of activity. So that's healthy. And like I say, I'm aligned with you. I think that the peak rates are close by if not very much there.
