Food safety rules are really important. Mexico is making claims about genetically modified products from the United States, which have been in the food supply for 30 plus years and have had no food safety incidents. There's a reasonable certainty of no harm. And yet Mexico is trying to apply different standards to exclude them from the market. The first non labor related one that they'll have with Mexico will be dairy.
