How to Deal With Burnout
If you're not enjoying what you're doing now, and it's been a genuine concern for some time, then you need to do something about it. I remember when I went through burnout in my HR role, I was fully burnt out, had to take three months off work. What I learned through that is that wasn't a thing that I needed a career change. That was that I hadn't managed my health. And I was in a job that was pretty overwhelming and there wasn't stuff set up well enough.
