The Ugly Email Isn't a Personal Email
Most of the time i'm opening the emales or just leaving em right there. We delete these things within a fraction of a second, without ever having to open the email because we know there's no need to read that. When we send something from x brand as opposed to y person from x brand, the second email performs better. I've found and tested this with multiple clients. The story is, ugly. Up your emales. Don't read my book. Just make ugly emales. They'll do much better.
