What Is Your Vision?

I imagine a world in which the vast majority of people wake up every single morning inspired, feel safe wherever they are and end the day fulfilled by the work that they do. I don't know how to get there. And so the analogy that I'll give is it's like waking up in the morning and you come outside your house and you see your neighbor packing up their car. When you have vision, you sort of play, okay, well, we'll take that path to everybody else that looks like we're going sideways. We're just going around.
