The Power of Self-Awareness

Today's episode is an insightful throwback keynote from 2016. It's all about self-awareness and how I believe that you need to surround yourself with people who will be blunt and truthful, tell you where you f*cked up and where you're doing great, so you can in-turn view yourself as a constant work-in-progress. One of the only ways to improve is to understand where you're going wrong, and double down on where you are going right.
