When our kids do something we don't like or say something that's unkind, i promise you, they do not mean it. They are reacting in their own orld. If we get tangled into this idea that somehow this is a personal attack, then we get drugged down a funnel of emotion which isn’t good for us and isn't good for our kids. I've said and done things to my children that i deeply regret. I have yelled in their faces. I have shamed and i have lost my temper.
