The Effect of Bivocation on Pastors

Bivocational ministry is like delivering mail on the side while I pastor. It's really something far more complicated and holistic. My father-in-law say you're a tri vocational or quad vocational because there's freelance web stuff and pastoring. If I can, if I can fund myself in these other ways, then it changes the way I can pastor. And no one's really talking about how does that actually affecting not pastors but everyone?
