I was working as a banker at Goldman Sachs during the day and at night running these real estate syndicates so just wasn't conducive to sleep or good lifestyle. The final option, doing it yourself, that's sort of operational pain on a different level because you're literally the money, the operator, you know, and everything else in between. And so what we've tried to do is provide a direct transparent and still scalable solution for people to have fractional stakes and real estate buildings around the country.
