Jared Fogle is accused of having sex with a nine-year-old girl. His girlfriend Rochelle knew about his seedy behavior and actually tried to report it. Jared had been sleeping with a woman named Cindy Mills, a subway franchise owner years before. In a series of texts, he told her to post herself on Craigslist and have sex with as many men as she could while he watched. He offered to pay her $500 for every man she slept with. She asked if that was the website he had used to pay a 16 year old girl to have sex with him. The other promised her that Jared would no longer be allowed to interact with young people though they did nothing.
