The power of strategic asking and sharing and giving cultivates a culture of excellence that wouldn't be there otherwise. What are your recommendations for executives and business owners to propagate this attitude across the organization? I think the leader plays a special role. The leader should be the chief help seeker. They should be ones who ask for help in a roll model behaviour that they want with other people. No one can be generous, no one can give until people are asking for what they need. So i think we should recognize and reward both sides of the equation.
