Biden's Student Debt Relief Program on Hold for Now
A federal appeals court halted the immediate cancellation of student loans under President Biden's debt relief program. The ruling addressed one of several legal challenges to the president's executive action on student debt relief. It does not stop borrowers from applying, however, and the White House is urging borrowers to continue to do so. Two people were killed and seven others were injured when a gunman opened fire at a high school in St. Louis today.
