Rapid Mitigation in High Emitters
Should the focus be more on getting emissions down from high producing countries or helping more vulnerable countries prepare? All of the above and a bit more. The path forward now is that we have to get our emissions down worldwide, but above all in the developed countries and other heavy emitters like China. Rapid mitigation in high emitters help with rapid mitigation and a new energy path for developing emerging countries and adaptation. So this combination is broadly what we're going to have to do.
