The Importance of Documentation in Business
Businesses often fail because they don't have proper systems when a key person leaves the company. "The business owner is a terrible person to own a small thing like when these funds arrive, even if it's in my bank account," she says. The team member needs to stay on it and every week say, Jenny can you check again? Have the funds arrived? So they need to set recurring weekly so that the client stays on it and bothers them as much as needed.
