Ricky Martin: We're seeing a lot of frustration about te lack of accountability in our health services, i over the past couple of years. The c d c is overhauling and reorganizing their structure too, with the goal of improving the culture,. boosting public trust, which i think is the most important part. They'll also go to congress to ask them to make their funding a little more flexible; they have very little funds to actually access if things change or something develops.
