Most models suggest that it's just not possible, even in principle, for anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions to reach levels high enough. This would trigger a runaway greenhouse effect on a Venus-like scale. Even if we did eventually lose all the oceans to space, this would take hundreds of millions of years. We'd be very likely to be able to stop the process, or find other ways to survive - if something else doesn't kill us in the meantime.
