i was doing a sales programme a couple of years ago, and i spent way too much time going into all these new ances of non verbal communication in different ars of the body. And then at the end, one of the reps on the back of the class raises her hand and says, do they look happy, or do they not? So it's one of the tools that i'll use we like to call a suggestive series. I think you see some peoplet the face drops and, er, no, it's not quite t fit for them. And before they even say anything, i can then react to that on the call itself. What do you think of that?
