Clara Moskowitz: The Vera Rubin Observatory is being built in Chile. She says it's the first observatory to be named in honor of a female astronomer. Ruben started seeing that these outside stars were still speeding around, she says.Moskowitz: It really offered the first strong evidence that there must be a lot of hidden mass extending way out beyond the stars we see with our eyes.
