The Power of Having an Outsider Reaffirm Our Core Team
I didn't walk away from that session with like, holy shit, we'd never thought about that before. I've been talking to one of my other clients recently and they've been going through a similar type of exercise. It's hard to remember now, but I'm pretty sure we did. And certainly bolstered our leadership team in the subsequent year. COVID threw a bit of a spanner in the works, right? So that all just, okay. Well, it almost felt like we, that was out of the window and let's not think about that until this thing's over.
