What You Miss in High Conflict?

In good conflict, you could ultimately walk in a circle where you address the issue in different ways. And then ultimately you settle in more or less the same place. But it could be good, then you could have the same situation, but it's bad conflict. Both sides dramatically overestimate how much the other side hates them and that changes your behavior. You'd vote for any one to avoid having someone in office who hates you.
