Is It Better to Start Aggressively Than Slowly?

A lot of people, if they don't have that much fat to lose, can shave some time off of that by starting aggressively. As long as protein is hin, as long as your resistance training awesome. I think it just a matter of trying to match that coloric deficit with what you're more likely to execute on. And then maybe tail it in, a taper out of it.
