The Target Key Concept of Pain Doesn't Always Equal Tissue Damage
The pain doesn't always equal tissue damage. This particular target key concept is the hardest to deliver and over years I've figured out that it is better to bring the examples of such situations from patients themselves than to impose our wisdom on them. So based on their example I tell them that so tissue damage does not really indicate pain. These are different constructs. That really helps them understand it's generally because of their examples that they share.
