What Does Each Zone Really Mean?

The time is the actual thing that we want people to think about. So i'm going to be ale to hold my threshold for anything between five and 20 minutes. The lower you are to l t two, the longer you can hold it. And above that it becomes what we call sent six, which is that vo two session. We've got yes and one or two, which is below that first threshold. Then's on three and four, which is in between. Then zone five and 6, which is well above and i think that'ss simple as we can make it.
