A Side Chain Is Like Copy Paste, Right?
A side chain is one block chain with a bridge to ethereum. That means there's actually no inheritance of security, whatever. You're literally relying on those nodes a that consensus mechanism. If seven or more of them decide they can just steal over half of the funds in the entire network. So at pretty much every level it is inferior. Obviously, you can just tweak and say, coll like security down, scale up.
