Getting approved by the city is like getting a permit to do it is that basically they call stamping the plans. It's extremely extremely technical but once all that was done and we could approve those drawings which felt like that one of the biggest hurdlesHonestly then you have to take all that out to get to the city obviously get it approved and then get it bid and that took months and months.
