How to Reduce Stress Hormones

If you don't sleep enough, like, it takes eight hours to recover from being awake for 16 hours. And if you only sleep six hours, you've lost 25% of that. So what do I compensate? I compensate by creating more stress hormones. Every time I don't sleep well enough, my stress hormones go a little higher. That becomes this vicious cycle. When the, when the guy becomes a president and he looks young and healthy and four years later, he looks like he's 15 years older. That's just constant stress hormones.
