Shane O'Neill: We're in a period of punctuated equilibrium where everything is changing. One of the reasons I wrote the book was to help people hear for the future by understanding more of the history. With agile, we start with what we think is confidence until we run out of time and then we end up with a massive uncertainty because we didn't deliver. And that research led process makes me feel like waterfall as well.
