Are You Seeing Any Trends in Allocation of Resources?

A lot of the companies I've been working with, they're not going out there and looking to hire a head of pillar two tax, at least not yet. The way that we've seen it is generally someone needs to take ownership for the overall process,. There's going to be multiple different stakeholders, multiple different work streams. So having one individual spending a chunk of their time actually coordinating those efforts can really make a difference. We also see now an increased emphasis on tax technology roles.
