Do Foam Rolling Workouts Really Work?

Study: Foam rolling does not improve measures of muscle soreness, hamstring muscle length, hip abduction or vertical jump performance more than those in the non foam rolling group. Inaccurate data can still be useful if it is consist only inaccurate, and if you know how inaccurate it is and can adjust accordingly. A study on activity trackers found they were about as accurate as algor's climate change predictions.
