Dance - It Changed Me for the Better

"It ignited something in me that I had almost a responsibility to get more people to dance and experience happiness," she says. "A lot of us are pretty disconnected from our bodies ... we either don't feel what we could do, or in some cases just don't move all day long." She asks: Do we tell ourselves like, you look ridiculous, you have two left feet? Or maybe we should just shut up and not talk to ourselves and let our body be the guide.
