What Does Scenario Planning Look Like?

In some ways, my job is a little bit easier because I no longer have to start by convincing people that surprises can happen. To be prepared for these sorts of things is an advantage. And the conversations changed with clients over the past few years. If you're trying to think about different scenarios for the future, imagine instead you were asked to come up with the next James Bond book or thenext James Bond movie. It's fantastically fun.
