I think the bigger issue that much of this rases is the metric by which panies have built these online platforms. Iis essentially clicks and time spent on these aps. The more you rowl up people, the greater the number of people who want to join in the conversation. And so there are other models out there where the logic of promotion is a different one. It's not clear that we could rely on american lawmakers to come up with a way to solve this problem.
