Is There a Way to Save a Squash?
Pumpkin sap is meant to protect the squash. If an insect or animal took a bite out of it, it cangrowson bandade with this latex sap. It's also no match for a carving knife. Once you cut into it, you're making big holes in the place it would normally patch over with its sap. So by breaching all three, yes, it starts the leak air and water vapor will dry out from the inside. And anybit fury they land in or mould, you'll start to see it as black and blue.
