I think the nerves thing well I have had an interview in Spanish and it was very nerve racking. One of the strongest contrast in my experience of come across is between Germany and the United States. The Germans are kind of in when they're being interviewed anyway, are probably more conservative. They don't kind of look up to people so much but it's, it's kind of. And they're more cautious about what they would say. So that idea of putting it in that perspective really helps that you are just as important to them as as they are as they are to you yeah.
