Starboard value nominated four directors for the ten person board that box has. They made those nominations earlier this year, saying that box hasn't capitalized on the work from home trend. The cloud storage company went public in january of two thousand and 15; it's still a relatively small business. It looks like there 're some questions there in regard to capital allocation on the box side.
