The Value of Hard Work

How do we encourage the people who are experiencing joblessness among us if the value of their work is only tied to what they earn? They are doing a lot of hard work. What about stay at home mom? Working mad hard and getting paid in tears?! Is there work not a value? Right? We have these other occupations. Not only are you not making money. But that is crazy if you think about it. I am paying you to give me work. Very, very difficult work. And then try to tear me apart. Surely you would not say that. That's a broken sister."
