The U.S. Marine Research Funding Crisis, I'm a Barocco Bamasich.

In the past ten years, we've seen a dramatic loss of funding for formarine science. There was a tremendous amount of money put into a high end program called am which is not very innovative. And so now, you knowt the grants that used to be available for 200 thousand dollars, they're saying ey're going to be cut back to 30 thousand dollars or something like that. Soi one of thoe a couple of things. You said the funding was declining in the united states. So, a, that's odd. I mean, i wouldn't have expected, i'd have expected that over what? What period of time? Are we talking? Ten years?
