What Is This Telling Me?

 Quite often we find ourselves in difficult circumstances, variety of difficult circumstances. Not feeling worthy of love by your loved ones, self esteem going down the hill every time we look at a social media post or being torn in what subjects to choose. We do everything in our power to succeed at our jobs, but still we feel the sense of lacking. Or maybe not able to crack any interview.

Instead of getting disheartened looking at the ones ahead of the curve, you should ask yourself that what is it telling me? What could I change in order to change the cycle? And that is where all the answers lie. Listening to what is the pattern telling you and changing it productively.
