The Importance of Localized Data in Open AI

I think it's very easy for people to count out technologies that didn't work at first blush and I think especially right now Facebook after having renamed itself meta and then you know crushing their meta division metaverse division is pretty ridiculous. One of the seeming challenges for them has been the difficulty of reconciling the type of data required by large language models.
