The Longevity of Men Walking With You Through the Different Seasons of Your Church
I think the longevity of guys walking with you through the different seasons of your church would be great as long as they could stay engaged. And using the model that we do, we've landed on that three year mark mainly because I find that for most of the guys. It usually takes them about a six months to a year to even get kind of their bearings. Then those next two years is where I find them to be the strongest.
