Doctor katherine smart is the president of the canadian medical association. She says we are not prepared for the level of care canadians need during a pendemic or in a crisis, or soon as we age. Smart: I think there's no question the pendemic has taken a toll on every one in terms of their mental wellness and their state of mind. And i think unfortunately, it's left a proportn of our society very vulnerable to misinformation.
