If Putin is successful in Ukraine and continues to realize his dream of revisionist, revomatist, old Soviet Union, that will actually tie down more U.S. forces,. More force structure, and more resources in the long run. If we help Ukraine, who's doing the fighting and dying with the beans and bullets to essentially sideline the Russian military, that should free up force structure for the Indo-Pacific. So I think on both fronts, success there actually will lead to longer term success in the Indo- Pacific.
