Link Building, Back Lynx, and Backlinks

I didn't think i got the most attractive links for what i paid for and the time i spent acquiring them. The way i wanted to approach it was, rather than using back links to rank articles higher, i wanted to use back links to create authority in terms of building a bot. I have a free lancer who i pay a hundred dollars every time they get a link successfully on horrow. They definitely do this for other people too, where i'm just like one person on their list.
