Is Bitcoin a Good Hedge?
Bitcoin is a form of money whose nearest corollary is that it's got no cash. The coin in the anledigial gold narrative can be used to describe bitcoin, says Dan O'Toole. But he argues there are many more uses for Bitcoin than just as a hedge against interest rates going back down. 'I'm trying to think, you know, what is this platform worth a? I think eventually, part of the value is if it need be traceable back to somebody somehow,' writes O' Toole.
