Narcissists have a very distinct playbook that they use and as different as they may be their behaviors and the structure of their behaviors are identical. So, you know, from a brain standpoint, yeah, there is research that says that the actual brain functions differently in certain areas of the brain for a narcissist versus a non-narcissist. But as far as getting diagnosed or diagnosed kind of secondhand, it's all behavioral because it needs a very distinct kind of pattern. And I feel so like relieved that like I'm okay. Like she can't change me. I can't change her. It just is what it is."
