Is a Dyslexia a Deficit in Reading?

For a person who is, say, dyslexic, does that not count? In other words, would a dyslexic person not have a preferred style of saying not reading going in a different direction? I think it speaks to the fundamental attribution error. It's much easier for us to say, well, you know, it's because I can't learn that way than it is to say it's because this situation was not conducive to my learning. And so the thing about education and the thing about learning is that it's hard. It's hard. We need more growth mindset from a younger age.
