Understanding Your Audience
I love this idea of a balcony moment. And I think that's a term I'm going to start using more to really figure out. It's great, right? Yeah, what you're doing, it just visually allows you to understand what you are doing. So, so far, we've talked about some of the things that are different as, you know, progressively more senior roles. We started the conversation in that way. And I know you're very passionate about the idea of understanding your audience. That has been a core focus area for you in all of the different teams that you've worked with.
