Dakard shows actually has a very sympathetic backstory yeah never get there that but he's burn noticed he got bird noticed like just like michael weston from the hit tv show burn notice. about this this plot that mr nobody produces introduces is like man you don't have to put in any work to make this like a strongly anti-imperialist criticism of the us military except just nobody thinks of it  that right everyone just accepts everything they say uncritically because it's like the us so the us government wants this incredible surveillance device which would violate everyone's privacy constantly all the time and give them unimaginable power over people.
