Aaron tomkins was surprised by the results of her thernos blood test. Tomkins said she'd never had any symptoms of h i v or ads, who'd never been diagnosed with h i v and aids before. Defense attorney amy saharia told judge davila Sahar that this report has offered essentially an opinion that she received inaccurate test results without a person qualified to offer that view. The prosecution argued that the testimony of tomkins was admissible and the count on her was still a valid one.
